Doug's Back Yard
Hello and welcome to the first posting for Dougie's Garden. Here you will find all the latest news that you never knew you needed to know. But! Ohhh yes you'll be riveted.

There are several parts to Doug's Back Yard. Firstly I must mention the Vegetables.
Grace has a fairy garden, and the fairy garden doubles Fifi's Orchid Garden.
Sascha helps with the watering. The dogs think the whole thing is their garden, but they're wrong.

Minty is very interested in hearing about the fairy garden. How many fairies are there in it? What are there names, and do they have little fairy parties?
Your backyard sounds as magical as something out of Enid Blyton, I suspect there may be some little pixies out there as well getting ready to nibble at those yummy strawberries you are growing.
Orchids can make a person very obsessive. If you find yourself walking down this path take a look at the brilliant Spike Jonze movie adaptation, which shows what sort of degradation a person will go through for orchids. Get the film out anyway it is well worth watching.
Well we have officially two knomes and one resident fariy with seasonal visitors. Currently the mulberry fairy has been staying and she brought her friends the silk worms along. Sascha thinks the silk worms are also double agents becoming book worms every second Tuesday.
